Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of ogix.me, including registering a link, your number, your public page and your QR code. By registering, you agree to them.

Who can register

You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. Register only yourself, with information that is true and current.

Your link

Registering gives you a number, a link at ogix.me and a QR code. Your public page shows your name, number and QR code. Using a product, such as Talogix or Olagix, needs a paid plan with that product and is covered by that product's own terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use ogix.me to break the law, mislead people, impersonate anyone, send spam, or interfere with the service.

Disabling and removing accounts

We may disable your account, or remove you from ogix.me and its partner companies, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. No explanation is required. A disabled or removed account cannot send payments, and funds sent to its link go to the company.

Cancelling

You can cancel on the Cancel my link page. Once you cancel, your account will be deleted and any funds sent to your link will never reach you. Funds sent to a cancelled, disabled or removed link go to the company and are not returned to the sender. No refunds are given. Your records stay on file for 10 years, and the same email cannot be used to register again.

Email codes

We email a code to confirm your address. Keep your codes private. Anyone with your code and email can act on your link.

No warranty

ogix.me is provided as is and as available. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, ogix.me is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use ogix.me after a change means you accept it.
